Blank page printing in the report under Summary 14 years 1 month ago #36221

Thanks Dom. Owe you one again.
This report did come a little easier. Learning how it works each time and learning how to make changes. Love this thing. The capabilities are endless when you know how to use it. I still had 145 pictures to sift through though. ha. ha.
Ended up with 45 pages again and the place was not that bad.
Oh well, third inspection for this client, so they must like my thoroughness.

Geese, I had to open the report to count them.

77 in this one.
No notes on site. Take pictures of everything, I want to remember for later.
4 hours on site on this 1,200 sq. ft.. I don't miss much.
I also added a few Nachi Graphics to the picture file, so when I downloaded the batch photos, it is there with the rest of the pictures. Did not know how else to do that. Worked fine.
I use Picassa for down loading all my pictures in folders and that is where I go get them when needed.

I also make a CD of the Inspection to put in the paper folder with the signed agreements. As long as the house don't burn down, I am fine.
