TOPIC: Inserting DATE format into the documents

Can you insert the date format into the documents? I have a conclusion document in the report that I sign and date, but I would like to have an auto date insertion, next to my signature. How can I get the DATE format in?

Hi Frank

You can use $InspectionDate in your documents. That will automatically populate the date when you generate the report.

Oh wait,
I actually need to insert the date of the completion of the report, which is the date I generate the report. How do I insert the actual, current date? I do not always complete the report in the day of the inspection..

I'll have to make a new variable for that in the next update. We just added that feature and are collecting variable people need still.
