TOPIC: Using HIP for Draw Inspections

Dom. since there was no report, I just wanted the cover page and unchecked everything except Exterior, and Interior.
Download the pictures, 30+/- and checked exterior on the dropdown menu on one and siding condition on the other and repeated for all the others.
When I was done, hit generate report and an error message came up. Tried to reopen again and the picture frames showed up with no pictures. found one that was suppose to be the cover picture.

I will try again with 8 pictures and see what happened.

I deleted everything so as not to get messed up. I have the cover page saved only for now.

Seems like even though you uncheck to not print, it still prints the heading with a blank page.

I haven't figured it out yet.

Dom, I just tried it again with 8 pictures from a saved cover sheet only.
Without the report, the picture frames show up with no pictures.

I hope it is because there is no report. I have a full inspection on Saturday and it would suck if I screwed up something and can't download the pictures such as this one.
Don't know what I am doing wrong. 

Hi Marcel,

You have to have a section checked for the pictures to attach to and select both drop down boxes above each photo for it to appear in the report, or check the box for them to appear at the end of the report. Make sure you click save inspection too so that the photos save with the report.

Well Dominic, I just finished todays report and all 152 pictures downloaded just fine.
Man oh man was this a long report.
First Manufactured Housing inspection for a referral actually the father of a client 1 year ago.

3 hours on site including the crawl on a dry slab luckily. And the garage and grounds.
4 hours for the report. Every item of the report had to have a custom comment and sifting through all those pictures and adding captions. What a nightmare.

Why can't I hit some easy ones? ;D

Did you use the batch add feature with the photos?
