TOPIC: Printing Format

Good afternoon guys. Hope all is good.

I need some help here.

I finished a report and I do not need the Garage and Attic. Attic was totally inaccesible.
How do I prevent those sections from printing?
I thought I did it once and forget.

Report Settings->Section Colors & Print Order. Just uncheck any sections you don't want to use!

Make sure you note somewhere that the Attic was not accessible so that they don't think you just skipped it.

Thanks Dom, I did that a while ago and could not find it. Found it right off this time. Duh!.  :)I already had a couple of sections that I don't use.
I opened a separate section on Attic accessibilty to explain what did not get inspected and explained on site to the girls father. I recommended they provide access and have it inspected at a later date if they wish.

PS. They were referred to me by a previous buyers agent that I done a couple of inspections for.
Easy one today. No attic, no garage, only little ranch two years old and two bedroom. Starter home for a young girl. 80 mile round trip though.

One more question for anyone.
Can we preview the report before downloading the batch pictures and if I choose to not use the rating system, will it still print sections with no comments?  Well, I guess that is two questions.

You can preview the report whenever you want. Just hit generate report.

If you don't use the rating system it will be up to you whether you want it to print areas with no comments. It's up to you now when you do use them as well. The option is under Report Settings->Options->Item Options where you can check whether or not to print items with no comments.
