check boxes can work as you could check which ones you wanted to print for signing or emailing to the client with the clients name filled and costing in place

Ok, but would you want it to be one long contract with a single signature at the end, or several separate ones with a signature for each?

I do my contracts seperatly from the report.
I want them signed long before the report is written or even the inspection performed because I almost always start my inspection before I ever meet the client. I get them electronicly signed, if they show up for the inspection they sign a hard copy (if not they mail a hard copy with their check). I don't see a need for the contract in the report to start with. This flys with my E&O carrier so I must stick with that. JMHO |

David,
most of my client call two - three days before the inspection, if set up by a realtor sometime the next day, seperate contracts are easier, I do send E-agreements to clients when I can get the email addy, for the most part its have them sign in the driveway while I am still outside. With the setup with contracts on HIP I could then use hip for the client call and then fill it in and email contracts right away with name on papers. |

David, With HIP you have to do it separately as the contract page is purposely printed separately. We did this for the exact reason to encourage guys to print them out before they did their inspection. Be very careful having them mail a hard copy with the check. Legally you need to get the contract signed BEFORE you ever start the inspection. That way there can not be any complaints that the client was not aware of x,y,z or the price. Bill, so which way would you go with the contracts? Multiple signatures, or all docs merged with one long signature? |

I would have multpule signatures, so I can hit the checkbox for the ones I want printed and the client can then sign them Inspection, Mold, Thermal, IAQ, Commercial, Release, Indie Sub contractor (ie electrician, HVAC, )
and more later on I can see |
