TOPIC: add pictures with the report or at the bottom

I was just finalizing HIP for use and saw the option to include photos in with the actual sections of defects or at the end of the report as a group of photos.

I was just wondering what you guys do in this situation as you have the experience using this software with actual clients.

I always batch add the photos and then designate them to specific areas of the report.
I have used the photos at the end of the report. This is just my personal preference.

99% of guys include the photos within the report. Some guys will have occasionally have extra photos, especially for out of state buyers that they put at the end. Putting them within the report just looks MUCH better and is much easier to read and follow for everyone involved.

Another option, which I use sometimes:  I built a blank damage panel in sections, like Interiors, Exterior, or Bedrooms for example. And I locate that damage panel at the beginning of the corresponding section. This way I can insert general photos/views for informational purposes. Especially, like Dominic says, for a client that was not there during the inspection or is out of town. They really appreciate the extra effort. Another reason would be to document or memorialize the fact that the house was moderately  full of personal belongings or clutter.
