TOPIC: adding documents

I have just finished up adding comments to individual sections but when I tried to add documents that already came with HIP I could not see them in the report or in print preview. 

Did I do something wrong or can I only see them when I print the report?

I also want to add documents.  Will I be able to see those or will they only be visible when printing report?

Hi Gary,

Make sure you don't paste text from other websites or from Microsoft Word as it has invisible formatting that will screw things up. Type directly into the document or paste into Notepad (Start->Programs->Accessories->Notepad) and then copy from notepad into the documents.

When you create a new document,  or want to enable an existing one, make sure that you have set the page that it should print before and check the box if it should print on the same page as the document (like a section intro). The document animated tutorial will help with this as well.
