If it's not showing in the right order in notepad then there must be some tables going on or something on the website, you'll have to correct that. You can change font color and size by highlighting the text in Edit Documents and using the font buttons along the bar above the document.

I'm sorry Dominic I got the terminology messed up. I meant pasting into my home inspection program so I could copy more terms, graphs, etc. into my reports for easy access when I'm writing up a report. I see how to copy and paste from within the inspection program itself but I want to paste into "add comments" or into "edit documents". If I could change words into bold type at these two areas I would just type it in. So I thought I could import from word (no), wordpad (it doesn't show bold type). Is there some kind of free software out there that I could copy to then paste it to my home inspection program ?

In Edit Documents you can just hit the bold button, italics, etc.

Narratives don't support text formatting except for what you set under Report Settings->Formatting.

Graphs can be inserted by clicking Add Photo in the Add/Review Photo Section or by following the tutorial in the top of this section on how to add images into a document.
