TOPIC: up load my sample report

I am having a problem finding my report. I followed the directions on the site but I cant locate it.

Are you trying to upload directly to your site or view it up on the HIP site?

Up load to my web site, I found the files but the one I want is hard to locate. I uploaded one that was wrong and now when I click sample report the page is logged in when I am not logged in ?? I will remove the report and try again just confused that the page says view edit when I have not logged in, are you confused ?? I am

If the site ever shows you as logged in and you're not, it's because your browser is caching (locally storing to speed things up) your page. Right click on the page, hold the shift key and click refresh. This will force a page update.

Your HIP reports should be in C:\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro\Client Reports

I found my file but it will not load, i get this message Allowed extensions are .jpg, .gif, .png, .pdf,.doc,.fla,.flv  The file is hzf  what to do

You're loading the inspection file in Client Data that's just for you. You want to load the PDF which is in Client Reports.
