The last few reports that I have uploaded to clients and agents did not come back with a confirmation email. A couple of people said that they have gotten the upload, others have not. I did receive one delivery failure, but the email address was correct. Any ideas?

Is your internet connection from the computer you are uploading wireless or does it have a direct connection?
I have issues myself. I send reports that are uploaded and client states he did not receive. (This may be on the clients end) Most agents around here dislike and I send as a PDF. I only upload to myself just to have on file in case my computer crashes or my wife deletes my reports. Most of my past issues uploaded were from a wireless computer and I would use connection for a brief second and therefore the report would not upload. |

I am old school, I upload with my PC and "wired" broadband.

Not sure why, but Dom will help when he gets time.
I think I am the only HIP user that has issues with agents not liking the upload service. Not once have I had a compliment. Now the HIP report has had a lot of compliments. |

Dave M, you're not the only one. Agents in different parts of the country either love it or hate it. Depends on their own computer skills as well.
Dave S, double check your spam folder. If you accidentally mark one of our emails as spam, they'll all go to the spam folder. Also click on Account Information on our home page and make sure your email address is correct. If you've changed this then your email won't be going to the right place. Let me know if you're still having problems and we can do some times. From time to time we've had an ISP block emails from a block of servers because of a spammer and we get grouped in, but usually I'm notified of that pretty quickly. |

I have gotten a delivery failure in the last week at my normal email address. That was the one that really seemed to be a correct address. Point being, I believe you have my correct address.
