Working out the kinks in my template now. Love the software so far for all the adjustability. The question is when i have a photo in the inspection sometimes there is not enough room on the page for the comment and the photo so it moves the photo to the next page. is there a way that if the total comment and picture not fit in the space it moves both to the next page so that you do not have disconnected pictures from defect/ comments??

Hi Ken,
The problem with doing that is sometimes you might have 10 comments and then a few photos. If we moved the entire thing to the next page you'd end up with half a page that's blank. What we did instead is only move the photo if it doesn't fit, but we ALWAYS make sure that the photo & caption stay together. So if that caption doesn't fit, the photo would get moved to the next page so they both fit. This is one of those catch-22's on what's the best way to cover things. We're always open to new suggestions |

We have it on our feature list that if you select a caption from the existing used comment list that it will remove it from the main comment space. Some guys want the duplicate, some don't.
