TOPIC: What were they thinking?

I really shy away from doing inspections when the clients are not present.  At minimum, when they are out of town or country (common around here) I want the agent present. 

This toilet case sounds like some sabotage to me Frank.  Nobody calling back, huh?  No way would all three be off unless it was intentional.  One maybe could "pop" off, but three?  Unlikely...

I watched a deal on the news a couple of weeks ago that banks are offering $1000 to the families of foreclosed houses if they leave the house in good condition.  Seems they are having lots of problems with people taking vengeance out on the home/banks when they leave.
