Absolutely!  TV began at 6am with some kind of religious devotional (and ended - usually at 1am with a similar devotional) and went all day.

Jay, that's a great experience to share!  Thanks, and it makes me wish I spoke Spanish too!  Especially here in CA.  I got a call yesterday from the realtor who I thought wouldn't use me again because of an inspection where I found massive quantities of growth (an he lost the sale).  He asked me about de-winterizing.  He asked what needs to be done, and I told him what I thought needed to be done.  Then he asked me, "So, when you go out to inspect, will you do all that?" 

I said, "No, my insurance doesn't cover me.  They know I don't light pilots, turn supply water on, etc... Does your insurance cover that?"  He went on a little about how I need to get that "under my belt". 

I felt like he believes I'm his puppet.  Hmm, he's mistaken, but I would like to get the dewinterizing gig going.  There are a number of homes I've inspected with no water turned on and the pink stuff in the toilet tanks.

I think that wouldn't be a bad lil gig.  Winterizing and de-winterizing home.  Where would you get the training for that?  Is a license needed for that?

Jay, that is a great story. Sometimes it pays to keep your mouth shut for a while and open it at the PROOPER time. Very well handled. I can't believe he gave you a card. What an idiot.
