That's why we all love Home Inspector Pro reporting software.....automatically gives us the summary in the front of the report.

Dont' forget your disclosure for the summary. It's not a version of cliff's notes. Each inspection is different, each client is different. They all have their own perception of the home. Personally, I have had inspections that (in my mind) there were a million things I would ask the seller to do...but the buyers see it differently and want little. I too, have realtors who want the 'list' to send to sellers. They know the won't get the list, but they will get a damn good inspection report. Let them write their own list; that's their job...

Jay- my brain hurts, but I'll take that as a 'yes.'
BTW-spoke with Steve at CMC. Have training set up for 3/1 and 2. Nice guy. Seems very supportive and willing to help get things off the ground. I've get 3-4 guys that will be working with me to get the energy inspections off the ground. Look forward to sharing success stories with you.
