yeah I agree. The report rarely gets completly read. I dont fax. All my reports are posted online but I can understand your issue.

wait my response was from your earlier post, not the GE panel.  

I email all of my reports in a pdf file but the realtor may have to fax.  I would never refer to those as fire hazards, poor workmanship, don't stick your finger in that gap in the panel cover, use a surge protector.
