I am a new member with new H.I.P. Program. Wayne Hoyt is the most helpful and understandable tech support person I've ever dealt with. He's so helpful. Hi Dominic, I want to thank Wayne for ALL His help in getting my business up and running again, after my computer went through a complete upgrade.  I have Geek Squad for my computer Tech issues, but after 2 techs and almost 12 hours of them trying to get my computer to be able to open PDF files and Print them, they could not Fix it.  So I called in For REAL Help, and Wayne answered the call.  I was Way out in the Boonies after finishing an Inspection and heading back into Civilization.  Having a Jet Pack (highly recommended)  Wayne was able to fix my Problem while I was driving back within 5 Minuets of remote session.  Dominic,  You Have REAL Gold in Wayne Hoyt,  He Saved my business in a very short time and was Very Helpful with Information as well.  He's a KEEPER!!  Thank you,  Richard Stockton
