Character: Doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

The 12 points of the Scout Law will lead one along a path of guiltless existence.  If you are still in scouting, this would make a great scoutmaster minute.

Bruce - I am on my second stint as Scoutmaster.  We have lots of minutes!

I have been involved with scouting since I was 8 years old.  RBP got it right, didn't he?

While I may have only been a registered scouter for 1/3 of my life, I have tried to live up to the oath and law all my life. 

If things go well, the older son will be Eagle by end of year.  The second son is one MB away from Life.  Just got back from BSA summer camp.  August heading up to Northern Tier for a week of paddling with #2 son. 

BP set up a great system to grow men.

Around here our troop goes to Goshen or Powhatan.  Where do you go for camp?

Great job on the boys.  There have been so many merit badges added and dropped over the years!  It is hard to keep track of them anymore.

You don't see Scouts around here like before you would see them all over. I know there still around they hold a big camp thing up in Idyllwild every year..
