Where do you get the templates, do you have to buy them

Basically, the 100 postcards, full color both sides, glossy, including shipping cost me $20. Another $28 for stamps, a couple of bucks in address labels, ink, etc... Cheap test for about $50.00.

Depending on the market in your area I'd add new home warranty inspections to the list. Did you scan this as two parts? The top looks crooked.

There is virtually no new home market in my area. Nothing new built in the last year or two. There are homes built two years ago that are still unsold.

There are actually a few other items I could list, but didn't as it looked too cluttered. I was trying to give a broad idea of my services offered. I may change out some of them at the next printing, if there is one.

I scanned the front of one card, and the back of another, just to have them both in one pic. Appearantly, I placed them on the flatbed scanner crooked. My bad!  They are printed perfectly.

I saw that too Dom, but thought it was me looking at it lopsided.  ;D

The red on the stripes is a big hard to read. I'm not sure if it looks that way in person though.

In hand, the stripes are not so pronounced. I had about 20 color options on the text color, but all of them were terrible compared to the red. Multiple shades of the primary colors, most of which got drowned out with the green background. Believe me, I looked at them all many times before staying with the default red.

Hey Jeff, I've been using Vista Print for about a half year now for Business cards, brochures and flyers for handouts at real estate offices, signs and also postcards. I just ordered 500 more postcards. I just put together (this week) a post card mail out for New Home Warranty Inspections. So far I,ve put out about 150 postcards. I had also used the postcards as handouts in realtors boxes at their offices but didn't get much from it, so I'm trying the mail outs w/ a concentration on warranty inspections since we have quite a bit of new homes in surrounding areas. I am trying to mail to just new homes. Besides driving neighborhoods I'm working on other ways to get New home addresses. I'll try to post copies of my post cards here. I'm on my 3rd version, but just starting to use them for mail outs not handouts. Jeff, some of their templates allow you to upload your own logos and images. Sign up for their emailing list, if you haven't already. They will constantly send you special offers. You can't beat Vista Print. I've been happy with all my orders w/ them- Quality, price and delivery as per schedule. Before them I was going to the Office Max print shop and spending alot more on home made flyers.
