Hi David and welcome to the elite!  Thanks for serving!!! 

Send me your contact info because I still get calls and emails for inspections--I will send them your way instead of anywhere else.  There's a huge market there in the Yuba City area--many in Plumas Lake where I lived.  I literally inspected the two houses in front of ours but I will say the the ladder carry was the only pitfall because the truck never left the driveway. 

I have all my realtors information saved to my iContact so I can send them your info.  How would you like to become busy?  I'll check your profile for your web site.
