TOPIC: Beware The Slick Contractor!

They reacted to their feelings.  They just "felt" something wasn't right.  Their words.  Our brains process things that sometimes we don't can't cognitively measure, but we react to those processes with feelings.  This guy must have been very slick.  And then that they are so very busy and just happen to have a free crew next week, etc., etc.  Just sign here, sign now!

My point is a good one - call a home inspector first!

And she was the proverbial little old lady just trying to sell her house.  And NOTHING that company could have done would have solved the problem!
