Well I hope it don't happen or I may have to go back to contracting..

New home sales are in the toilet.  The big builders are already winding down developments as they know the governments first time home buyer program ends in about 60 days and will not be renewed.  We've got about another 3.7 million foreclosures coming into the system this calender year and unemployment is not improving.  No need to kid ourselves, this is going to get ugly....

We as inspectors have got to get lean and mean.  This is no time to be buying a new $30-$40K truck to perform inspections.  Many of us are not going to survive the storm in my opinion.  As the number of transactions shrink so will the industry service pool, it always does. 

Damn, is it to late to get a government job?

yup, it is bad only time will tell how bad it will get so far some indicators are showing slow improvement but I am afraid it will not be enough. Unemployment is the kicker the key I feel. Government job.. :-X

Has your email been working properly over the past 4-5 days.  I've gotten two of my emails to you bounced back from the mail administrator over the past few days.  One came back this afternoon which it said was from 4 days ago.  It was another inspection order.

Will, I think it is working I am getting mail let me check it out ..
