Never heard of them.  Where are the coverage limits and options on there website?  Does it compare with this?:

Louie, did you let Bob know what the deal was you were getting through the other company. Make sure to let him know as he might be able to beat it.

Will yes he e mailed his rates and yes they beat Allen insurance in fact there are a few that beat his rates.

I called but never heard back from any one at Allen. these guys I found there link on the Nachi site and they where also referred to me by Nachi members.

Insurance is a very interesting product.  It is my opinion that cost is but one of many deciding factors when choosing an insurance product and service.  An equally important factor is the actual service and or service history offered and provided by the carrier in your time of need.  I hope for your sake, that should you ever need the policy, it and the service provider will be there for you with your best interest in mind.

I gather from some of your prior posts in other areas of the message board, you most likely have significant assests.  Many of the inspectors with NACHI and or other HI Associations have little in the way of assests and therefore have little need or desire for a quality insurance product and service to protect assests of which they don't posess.

I'd be looking at Allen Insurance and FREA...

BTW, both of them post coverages, inclusion and exclusions with specific for costs related to same on their websites.  I find it interesting when other insurers don't...

Will, that is very true cost only but one of the factors from so many choices we have, there are Insurance companies many that are just as good as others. As far as posting coverage rates not all companies do because not one size fits all and some companies offer so many different types of insurance it is worth investigating and selecting the one to go with. As you well know almost everyone of these companies are just agents and write many policies many different carries. As you can see I don't just do general  Home inspections I also deal with Moisture Mold,asbestos testing,Lead,Allergen Screening which is why I selected them.
I found what I was looking for and the decision has been made good or bad time will only tell and I will be the one that has to live with thanks for you concern..
