TOPIC: double booked by agent

I have never been used by this agent. Here is another thing you would like to know when the agent and the client arrived the other inspector was on his phone having an argument with some one and did not even get off the phone and greet the client he just kept on talking for like 5 minutes and he was using some very descriptive language.

I have one Realtor on a do not use list.  This was from my very first inspection.  Everything seemed hunky dory, she gave me her business card and later I called her office because the fax wasn't going through.  Turns out she didn't work there anymore!!!  They started asking me what house was she selling and all these other questions.  That made me nervous!!!
