Thanx Marcel, it's hard to say yet if it is. Got a couple of owner buider leads. But we'll see. I just finished one that I got the lead off my inspector site and his buddy is also gonna build. So I have that one also. I decided to do that site because I was getting leads for consulting off my inspection site which goes into that somewhat. The new site will need a lot of work since most of it was copied over from the other site as a starting point. But I got a startr on it over the holidays when it was slow. Real slow.

Hope it works out for you Joe, and it can't be any slower than me here. I don't think I have had an inspection in 3 months.
Thank god for the Naval Shipyard right now.

Hi all, and hope you all had a good weekend.
Holiday tomorrow, but working 6-12. See you in the afternoon.
-6 degrees this morning and down to 5 degrees already, so another cold night.
Furnance runs all the time. Looks like another $600 dollar heating month again.

But a little guy from OZ keeps telling me Spring is just around the corner.  ;D
