The report is the worse part of the inspection Joe. Especially if the shack is a tear down. ;D ;)

Agreed. Sometimes I just plain dread doing the report part of the inspection. I never mind the on site inspection part though.
And I defenitley prefer new home inspections, in lieu of the old nasty stuff. Had a 28 year old house saturday that I first though was at least 50 yrs old.
