And to think that buyers and agents don't think they need an inspection
on new construction. What little they know----or want to know

I did one for a friend (buyer) that turned into a nightmare. The agent was shocked that this
million dollar new home had so much wrong with it. I haven't received a call from the agent
to do any more for him.

Jeff - I have more problems on newer houses than old.  Also, that "agent", I think, is either short sighted or doesn't have the best interests of his clients in mind.  That is defined as a salesman and not an agent.  Agents think long term...  imho.

Totally agree with that Jay, new home have more and usually bigger issues. Agree on the agent also! I don't like to do business with agents who ask to go easy on the house so it will sell.
