Does Arizona use the NPMA-33 form for termite? We're almost done integrating our drawing program into HIP.

I'm not sure if that is what it is...I have the form in front of me now, but it just says SPCC WDIIR which means Structural Pest Control Commission Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report...want me to scan it and email it to you?

Would be nice doing a Termite Report in AZ., where you have to rough sketch the outline of the building in the report.

This does way more than a rough sketch Scan the form and send me a copy so I can check it out.

Do you do pest separate from home inspections, together, or both?

10-4, I'll scan it tomorrow and email it to you...I don't have the Termite License yet, I'm taking the two required state courses this coming week (Tuesday & Wednesday), and the test this Thursday...

I sub the Inspections out, and the only phone calls I get regarding Bugs..is "Where is my Freaking Termite Report"---man am I sick of that...!!

Everyday, same calls...wheres the T-Report---good Lord a freaking two page hand written report or something I could do on my Acer Tablet and this is one fiasco I am ridding from my life...do them myself and hand them the report...DONE...NO more calls Daily...!!!
