TOPIC: File not saving

Howard, I sent you an email. Jump on Live Support when you get a chance so we can see exactly how you're saving as there's a step that's being missed somewhere. You also want to make sure you're saving every 15 minutes or so.

Dom, I like your idea of changing the default PDF reader, will try that first, as i think that is likely the problem
PS.  Very disappointed in Windows 8.1, not much an improvement.
