I would like to know how you load the photos on site and where they place in the report.
Do you just dump them and hope the client knows which ones go with the defects in the report or do you caption them and how many average photos do you take?

Bob, On a average I take 80 to over 100 pics per inspection I use far less in my reports. Most are taken to cover my A#@ in case something comes up. So far I have been adding them off site I select what I will use and caption them if needed. I did a few with my old software and a PDA but I was not happy with it the software and PDA to small. What I am planing on doing now is doing everything on site that is my goal. It may or may not work but worth a try, I don't want to sacrifice quality for speed. I have seen a few on site reports (now I am not saying everyone) but most don't turn out that good. I should be able to do the reports in my Pickup and e mail them off or print on site we will soon find out. I always carry a checklist on my clip board just in case Murphy's law creeps up on me..

Yup and updates on how you're doing with it and your inspecton time improvements.

Ok I will take some pics of it I used it Saturday still getting the feel of it but so far I like it. I will post some on it where can I host the pics of photo bucket?

Come on Lou; you said you take pictures of EVERYTHING!  We're not patient folk, as you can see!  ;D
