I made sure your order was one of the first on the line, as promised.  Each unit is undergoing a mandatory 48 hours of testing before shipping, since this is a brand new product that we just received on the 26th.  We want to ensure that customers are not receiving problematic units, as the original model initially shipped out with some wireless drivers that were causing issues.  I am pushing to have your order shipped tomorrow.  Tomorrow is the first day that we will actually be shipping these units out, and I would like to get it in the first batch for shipment.  Worst case scenario, it should be shipped on Monday.  Our shipping department is working like mad to get orders out the door, as we are also facing a 765 piece order that has to be shipped, as well as shipments of TVs to our military accounts.

I will make sure the HIP customer orders get shipped as quickly as possible, even if I have to take them to UPS myself

I believe it's already started shipping. The only issue I've had is with the Windows 7 Starter Edition (not on any of the other editions). I have to start the handwriting program in admin mode (takes an extra 5 seconds at startup). We're working on a workaround for that too.

Donald, I've been writing up a review but haven't finished as I've been trying to get ready for the seminar this weekend plus all the normal duties. This computer rocks though. I'd definitely recommend it. The handwriting recognition is even better than the last release (the 9" guys could upgrade to the same program too).

Will do. I'm sure you'll start hearing reviews from the other guys soon too as several dozen have already ordered them. You can read the reviews on the 9" in other posts in this section, the 10" is even better.
