I think a footer on each "report page", not the cover or document pages, maybe 2 or 3 lines surrounded by the bottom border and a border above would be helpful.  This allows you to put the same disclaimer or information on each page.......something like:


This report is copyrighted and published in accordance with the terms of the Inspection Contract.  It is essential that the full report is read and it is understood that recommendations made for repair, service or further inspection have fulfilled our contractual obligation as a generalist, and therefore disclaim any further responsibility.

Is it possible to expand the box for ratings?

When I went to close HIP, it asked me if I wanted to save the inspection.  I hit cancel so I could go back and look at something and HIP closed on me.  I lost the inspection!!!! Luckily it was only the customer info and was easy to start over.  I would like to HIP stay open if you hit cancel, when asked to save upon exit.

John, I just tried this on 3 computers and on all of them if I click cancel, the program stays open. Try it again on your machine, I'm thinking you hit No by mistake. Let me know if you see differently (or anyone else).

No, it would take up too much room. You can hit the space bar and create multiple lines above the box for a word. Or do what most guys do and use a shorthand and describe it in the report intro or section intro.

Okay, it worked.  I guess I did hit no by accident.  Probably had one eyeball looking no and the other looking at cancel and since I'm right handed my brain went to the left of the two buttons which is no!!!

That's my story and I'm stickin to it.  ???  :-X
