Sort - add are you sure!! when you hit sort.

edit list - how about adding a feature where you can rename the list. Feature (rename list)

Notation in report that would pop up to make sure it is 100% complete. You could insert a ******. When generating report it would pop up. This is to make sure no items are missed.

Feature request, when inserting a canned comment an illustration would be assigned for that comment. Therefore both would be inserted saving time.
Ex. Grade issue would include a illustration.
Maybe an illustration caption feature as well.

David, what version of HIP are you using? Check under the About->About menu. The confirmation message for sorting was added around 2 years ago if I recall correctly.

Edit list names is definitely on the todo list.

We're working on an illustration auto add-on to the glossary feature which will accomplish what you're l/ooking for.

I am using the latest feature.

I am taking about the sort within the lists, not in the comments menu.

I am not the dummy you think I am just because I do not do mobile.

David,  Don't you proof read your reports before sending them?  If you go through a report and the item is blank, it sticks out like a sore thumb.  Of course you have to have your original setting to print all, and not just those with comments.  Once complete, you just remove the 2 check marks under Reports Settings, Options, Item Options.  All blank items disappear.

I do proof read my reports.
I am aware of the feature you mention. Thanks for reminding me though as I may just use this.

I just wanted to use for a few areas so I do not over look items such as washer hook ups. (missed about a year ago and cost me 2 hours and about $75 dollars.
