This is the best I can when selecting multiple comments in the same damage section.
I believe the item separator or something in formatting would need to be added to obtain the desired look I want.

Yeah there's no way to do it to get the look I want as well. Thanks for helping Roy. Maybe there's something Dom can do

I re did my report in the above format and we shall see how it goes today. I hope to cut down on time and keep up the quality. I am no longer using colored text to define the safety, repairs and maintenance items. All black (excluding the SAFETY CONCERN or REPAIR REPLACE comment keys).

I would like to get a few people to proof read my revised report. I make some grammar errors that can be overlooked as well as format errors.

By the way all have a Happy Thanksgiving!! 60 degrees today and tomorrow!!

I guess what I am looking at is a comment key feature (Like ratings) It would need to be tweaked with item separator, ratings. I kind of like it above like I have it.
