TOPIC: Suggestion for HIP addition

I may have mentioned this before but I would like to see comments added automatically if certain observationas are made  like: a disclaimer I have in my template for thermopane windows. 
I select thermopane windows and the disclaimer appears in the comments without me having to select it.

Or when I select "house is vacant" cautionary verbage (I have in my comments) is added automatically

Could an action like this create unwanted comments, say for instance if a different selection panel item were chosen it would populate the damage area with the wrong, and maybe irrelevant comment? Believe me in my mind I have a point here! I myself, am not sure what I have posted.

Well if it populated unwanted comments then it wouldn't be working right!! It's a good idea and I can see the usefulness of it. It's also not going to be an easy thing to do as there will have to be a link created between selection panel and damage panel comments, which their currently isn't. I've added it into the growing book of features to add. I encourage more input on this and other features. I don't want feature bloat in HIP, so anything that gets added needs to have a good number of guys backing it.

Exactly!  Something like a * in the selection panel links the selection to a * in the  red or black comments panel 

I have seen this feature in another program.
