TOPIC: Mobile beta questions

Hi Eric,

We had complaints from a few guys as when we have those 3 buttons pop up the text area was too small on some screens and it was harder to get to the bottom row of the comment. I'm not sure how to please both camps. Any ideas?

I did not have the other problems.  All of the buttons on the phone are small but you get used to it.  I very rarely need to go to the bottom of the item that I am editing, so I did not notice that problem.  However, I would live with small issues to have the buttons available to save the clicks.  an it be an option in HIP?  Thanks.

Eric, let me finish resolving an issue on iOS HIP Mobile so I can get that out to everyone and then I'll take a look at this.

I am having multiple crashes per inspection when HIP is saving the picture.  It gets hung with the Saving Pic window visible.  I have not found a repeatable pattern yet.  I do know that if I take a picture, leave it on the picture window where I have to choose Retry or OK, go to another app and come back, it crashes.  Thanks for your help.

Thanks Eric. I tried going in and out of the app about a dozen times from that save screen with no crash. Is anyone else having this? Are you using something other than the default camera by any chance? HIP calls the system default camera app.

I am using the default camera app.  When I leave HIP, I am using the voice recorder app that came with the phone.
