TOPIC: Home Inspector Pro Beta 3.6.5 Released!

Let me start by saying I love HIP and Mobile HIP.  Mobile HIP has made it much easier to enter things in the field.  However, some of these issues create the same work for me on every inspection.  Listed below are the issues that I have.  I am running HIP 3.6.5 on Windows 7 and Mobile HIP 3.3.4 on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7 inch.  I will not try to determine if the issue is a Mobile HIP problem or a HIP problem/change but will leave that to the experts.

1.  When I edit an item on the Samsung, the keyboard pops up for a 1-2 seconds and then goes away.  I have to wait until it is gone before I can click on the item and get the keyboard up to edit.
2.  If I edit an item on the Samsung, it changes the template.  There are many times that I need to add specifics to a "red" item and do not want it to change the template.  Make Mobile HIP work just like HIP.  So, all changes to selection panel items change the template.  But for damage panel items, I only want it to change the template if I edit the item when it is unselected/black.  If I select it and make it green or red, I do not want edits to change the template.
3.  Lists still are not working properly.  If I do nothing to a list, it makes it blank in HIP.  If I choose an item in the list, it flows through to HIP but some of them are dead in the black/red side.  I then have to edit the item and remove the dead list.  The list selections are being saved in the template/left side of HIP (see above).  On the previous version, if I did nothing to the list, HIP would tell me that I had a list that I had not selected.  Now, I end up with blanks in the report.
4.  RecallChek screen still does not work correctly.  I have set it up and if I open HIP and look at it, it is correct.  However, if I download/open an inspection from Mobile HIP, the choice for the "tab" level selection is blank.  I have to reset that page every time. 
5.  The serial number is not passed to RecallChek.  I know that it is not required but it does affect the results.  There are recalls that show up without the serial number that do not show up with the serial number.  Also, the RecallChek reports show "Not Visible/Inaccessible" if the serial number is not entered.  That makes me look bad when the serial number is clearly visible.  So, I have to log in to RecallChek and modify every report to enter the serial numbers.
6.  Item separator is changed from my choice to Comma.  This typically only happens in the first tab in the first section of the report.  However, occasionally, it happens at other tabs in the first section.
7.  I have one list for HVAC brands that crashed Mobile HIP.  I have many other lists that don't crash HIP.

We have a new, unreleased version for Android that addresses several of these issues. I'll send it to you. I haven't released it publicly yet because we're having enough issues with iOS 7 and there's no reason to take a chance at adding to that right now.

I have many of the same issues with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7 inch. It keeps freezing up so I stopped using it and waiting for next release.

I'll send you the update John. The update a few weeks ago definitely got rid of the freezing though, I'm guessing you were a few updates behind.
