Any way we can have it so that the window can be resized to view longer comments?

Or at least have an ALT text window, not timed when hovering over the comment?

What do you mean by 'not timed' ? Do you mean they wont go away?

You can use the Note feature within those lists. Just add something like Water Supply Leaking at the front of the comment. The text within the [[ ]] won't show on the report.

I prefer the lists though, not notes.

Here's a video to give you a complete understanding of what I am trying to achieve.

I didn't have to type a single word in the report except for standard info on seller etc.
