I like the recent addition that reminds me if I forget to move a highlighted item to black or red before leaving that section.  Can we also get a reminder to let us know we forgot to check one of the boxes?

The problem with that Frank is that a lot of people have HIP set to drop a section if they don't check a box. Do you do this at all? I could add this in as an option, or just a warning and then you ignore it if that's what you want.

Yes, I don't include sections either, so was assuming a reminder could be posted only if there had been other activity in that section - i.e. in description or red/black areas.  My proofreader wife would really appreciate my having that feature.

Dominic, this is a follow-up to a question regarding pre filled out templates. I would like to create templates that save the sections and ratings I have pre-selected as my "standard" template.  Example have pre-selected ratings for a residential inspection, condo inspection and so on.  Starting from a blank template is painfully. My work around to the template is to create a generic report with pre-selected sections that I named "residential" then open it and rename with my customer information and start the inspection.

I use HIP in some of my very big jobs now (vs. MS Word) when the photo count gets way up there. I use a damage pnl to write my narratives but as we discussed before, there are page breaks inserted if the narrative is too long. Now, I'm trying to use Documents to top off the report section, but the font control (size) does not change the print out. ?

Is this what your working on, or am I missing something?
