I wonder why your laptop is having issues. Do you have a lot of other things running on there? So it's all working fine but it's freezing for a few seconds here and there?

No I have not even loaded up much software.
Seems to have multitask issues I suppose though the performance window does not show that.Sort of like a delay.

Was surprised it effected already loaded HIP pictures.

Quick thought is I wonder if the energy saver feature could effect it?

It's possible. If it's going to sleep the computer is moving everything into memory then needs to reload it afterwards. Are you having to wait for pics to show again after coming out of sleep/hibernate mode?

Not sure but will check when I get a chance..
I may need to fine tune a few of the Toshiba features.

Sounds good. Note that when it's unplugged it'll greatly reduce it's processor speed.

I may be spoiled by my desktop.
Everything is instant since I bought my new router.
