Yes Gary, just like Jeff said you can do it any time. Just remember if you open up a report from a month ago, the template will be the same as a month ago. So if you'd added stuff in the last month, you'd be overwriting it with the month old template. So it's more useful when you just forgot from the last inspection. Though you could open up two copies of the program and copy over any narratives from one to the other if you needed to.
