I under stand now Dominic, It wouldn't print that way for the customer, but we would see it as we write the report???


I bought a cheap "acer" laptop a couple of years ago and it has been good. But it had a feature I never used until after a few weeks of having HIP. It has the Acer Split Screen technology. You can have the HIP program open on one side of the screen and make all the comments, meanwhile I have the genorated report open on the other side with all my photos already placed.  I simply scroll through the generated report and place comments within the report on the other side. It is nice having both of them open at the same time and being able to work within both of them as well.

By the way, it sounds like Acer took a standard windows feature and called it their own, or at least made it simple. You can actually split screen any two windows. Hold down the ctrl button, click on the two windows in the bottom taskbar on your computer, right click on one of the and select "Show windows side by side" in vista, and I think it says "Tile vertically" in xp, but it's been awhile so I'm not sure of the exact terminology. Thanks for pointing that out, it's a great tip.

It really does help, as I did a few with noticable decrease in report time.

Its not totally hopeless just waiting for the filmstrip to be implemented. Thanx for caring about me BOB...
