I purchased another software when I was in school. Later I did my research and switched to HIP, the best move I could have made. Love it and ain’t going anywhere else!

We switched a year ago from another software to HIP and love the HIP Office component and like others, took our comments and added them into HIP!

I used another software for several years. It was essentially good software to start with but remained very elementary. I initially went to HIP because of the ability to insert video with a lot more options to be creative with the template.

Being a technical instructor and the owner of a successful multi-inspector firm in Colorado (six inspectors and growing), an instructor’s focus is on starting new inspectors and teaching them not to miss any of the standards of practice, and their system does very well at that. I’ve taught many very successful inspectors over the years and the courses do a great job of starting folks out. I’m excited about finding HIP. Thanks, Dominic for the amazing welcome!

When I changed another software to HIP I was a bit skeptical, after all, InspectIt was all I knew. But Wow! I was surprised at the time savings. Just the ability to have pre-loaded captions for my pics was huge! The ability to add choosable lists doesn’t seem like much but I never have to write locations again just preload the lists. There are a ton more items that are all so helpful when you’re on the inspection. From a client point of view seeing a modern report that’s completely customizable is awesome and I have already received compliments from my regular realtors. But I think the best thing about HIP is the awesome customer support whether you use the online chat, call in, or use their very supportive Facebook page. I have always received super fast responses. The icing on the cake is they also listen to the inspectors and are willing to make things better every day! The thing I feel with dealing with them aligns very well with my philosophy of “we are all here to do good things for other people”

After using the another software inspection software for a little over six years it came to our attention that software was closing down. As such, I needed to find a replacement program. After looking at eight to ten programs and demoing four of them I decided that Home Inspector Pro (HIP) was, by far, the best option for me and my company. HIP is the complete package when it comes to ease of use, customization, portability, technical support, and (of course) price. Once I started with the demo program, I tested it out for about a month and did numerous trial inspections on my own house, family members, and friends. After that first month, I knew that this was the right program for me; it is, in a word, phenomenal! I purchased the program at that point. Another month to get comfortable with the program, set things up the way it made sense to me, and I was off and running.

Most people are not big on change, but sometimes (like in this situation) the change is a vast improvement over the former situation. I highly recommend Home Inspector Pro and look forward to using it for many years to come.
