Home Inspector Pro reports are much more advanced than what you’re used to InspectIT, or any other software, and mobile devices aren’t powerful enough to do what inspectors need to create reports that rock your market. You can collect all your data, photos, and videos directly on mobile, transfer the report to a desktop, and then generate the report in just a few minutes though. Having the desktop allows you to easily import photos and videos from drones, sewer scopes, thermal imagers, etc. We also need the more powerful desktop processor to implement features like cover page designs, digital stationery, video and 360 images embedded into the PDF and HTML version of the report. The other advantage is that it’s much easier to review your report before sending it out on a larger monitor vs a small 5” screen.
